Here’s how to spot them:
- Look for recurring problems — late project completion, scope creep, resentment or burnout
- Track your revenue per client or per hour — are you underpricing and over-delivering? Most likely you are especially if you’re in a service-based business.
- Ask yourself: if I got 10 more clients tomorrow, could I handle it?
Once you identify the real bottleneck, you can address it and growth follows.
