In my years of working with entrepreneurs in particular women, I have heard them admit that they are great at what they do and they work hard, doing meaningful, excellent work. They care for their clients and they deliver excellent results. Only one thing keeps frustrating them. It’s a puzzle they cannot understand.

They just can’t put themselves forward and share their good work online. They know it’s helpful to do so but they just can’t seem to do it.

They’ve said things like:

  • “I don’t want to brag.”
  • “I’m not sure what to say.”
  • “Other people seem so natural at it — but not me.”
  • “I’ll put myself out there… later.”

Visibility, for many women — especially in our part of the world — has been tied to discomfort, fear or self-judgment. We’ve learned to stay humble and stay low-profile.

And here lies the paradox.

If you don’t create visibility for yourself, you don’t get the right opportunities. People cannot recommend you if they don’t know you or understand the work that you do. You are not top-of-mind because you were not on their radar when the opportunities pop up.

Opportunities could be jobs, projects, leads, promotions and referrals. It could be speaking opportunities. It could be collaborating with a reputable expert in the industry. It could be an invitation to speak on TV or interview in the media or on a podcast. it could be an insider deal that never even made it to the public eye but you got it because you were visible to the right people. It could be all these and more.

That’s why I have teamed up with Rowena Morais of Digital Confluence to develop a 4-week online program to share how women can be more visible and attract the right opportunities.

Introducing From Vision to Voice Program

From Vision to Voice is the program that we believe could be helpful for women based on our collective experiences. It’s a 4-week visibility sprint for women who do great work — and are ready to be seen for it.

Rowena and I met a few years ago, online when I was invited to join her Thrive Meetup. We have observed each other on LinkedIn and share similar beliefs about being visible and credible. As long-time communicators, we believe in harnessing the digital world to grow our businesses. Early this year, we met face-to-face for the first time when she visited Penang.

Our conversation revolved around knowing that in our midst, we have brilliant women doing brave, brilliant work and yet resist sharing their work or expertise online because they don’t know how to show up without feeling uncomfortable, fake or forced.

And so they don’t. Sooner or later, they start feeling frustrated when opportunities pass them by. It’s not about hustling (God knows I despise this word) but it’s about knowing how to show up as you online without compromising your values.

In this live program which is run online with me and Rowena as coaches and guides for 4 weeks, we hope to help women – in corporate or in business – show up more online in the ways that they are most comfortable with.

We intend to guide participants to:

  • reframe visibility as something rooted in purpose, not ego
  • share their story in ways that feel natural and powerful
  • create a content rhythm participants can actually stick to (with a little help from AI)
  • stop feeling fear or resistance every time they think of “marketing”

This is a live program with coaching, worksheets, gentle accountability, peer support, and tools you can use long after the sprint is over.

What we hope to do is help you not just create visibility but learn how to do so confidently.

✅ A mindset that feels good about being visible
✅ Story pieces you can use across bios, profiles and pitches
✅ A custom roadmap for your content rhythm
✅ Confidence using AI to create and publish content with ease (no more writer’s block) and how to personalize your content with your voice and tone
✅ A belief that yes, you can absolutely do this and continue doing this long after the 4-weeks is over

Who This Is For:

  • Women in their 30s and beyond who want the next leap — professionally or personally
  • Women in business who want to attract clients, opportunities, or collaborations
  • Women who know they need to show up online, but haven’t found a way that feels like them

If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you in this small, supportive sprint.

What The Program Consists Of

The program runs for 4 weeks virtually, with a warm-up pre-week and a celebration post-week in September and we open for applications starting next month. We have 10 spots in this first cohort.

You’ll need about 3 hours per week — a live workshop session (90 minutes) and a group coaching session (90 minutes) plus some time for you to work on your content pieces.

And you’ll also receive ongoing community support to keep the momentum going after the sprint ends.

Behind-The-Scenes: Episode 1

As part of our program, Rowena and I have created a series of behind-the-scenes videos where we discuss the program and show you how we are creating the program. I thought of this idea because this gives you a much more realistic view of what we’re doing and how we’re doing it. This is our way of sharing our program development with you.

These videos will help you understand where both of us are coming from, what our thought processes are and how we are creating this collaboration together. She’s in Australia while I am in Malaysia so we had to work around time zones too.

If you observe me and Rowena online, we’re not loud, not ego-driven and certainly not braggers. We have seen for ourselves the advantages that visibility can attract and we want to help you become clear, grounded and visible on your own terms.
