Nic and I have been big fans of the E-Myth books by Michael Gerber for a long time now.
His main idea is that you should WORK ON the business, not IN the business. And that is a world of difference particularly if you want to grow your business.
Anyway, I read this good article recently on how a martial arts school in the Washington DC area is using Gerber’s E-Myth system to run their martial arts business.
The 7-page article appears in a martial arts magazine and consists of an interview done by the magazine editor with the two business owners.
