You’ve heard about collaboration efforts among businesses, especially small businesses. 

The question is not a matter of whether you wish to do so or not – it’s a matter of how. 

This is what change consultant Jay Sharma and I spoke about on 28 October during our FB Live. If you missed that, here is the replay!

Jay is a former lawyer and former head of an NGO. I met him when we were doing consulting for his NGO some years back. We kept in touch and now that he is on his own, I figured why not bring Jay on to talk about collaboration as he consults a fair bit on the international front and advises private and public organisations on this topic.
