We’re happy to announce that applications are now open for the From Vision to Voice program that I have been developing with Rowena Morais of Digital Confluence —a unique visibility and confidence coaching experience for women who are ready to stop playing small and start showing up meaningfully in the world.
This program is for you if:
- You have something to say but don’t know how to start saying it.
- You want to be seen, heard, and recognized—but feel unsure, awkward, or even afraid.
- You’ve been hiding behind your work, your role, or your team for far too long.
Together with my co-creator Rowena, we’ve designed a 4-week virtual experience to help you grow your voice, build your visibility muscle and practice showing up in a safe and supported space. The heart of this program is rooted in peer accountability, voice practice, and real transformation and it’s made for women!
Why Now?
Most women are doing great work. But they don’t know how to leverage their work for greater opportunities. These days it is no longer about keeping your head down and having your work speak for itself. You have to spotlight the work that you do.
Visibility is about being clear with your message, being consistent in how and where you show up and doing it courageously and doing it your way.
Over two decades, Rowena and I have shown up in our own ways and have been grateful for the opportunities that have come our way. We are both seasoned communicators and entrepreneurs who understand what it is like putting ourselves out there. Now we want to share with you how you, too, can do that with your personal brand, business and work.

Scholarships Are Available
This is a paid program but sometimes, we know cost can be a barrier. That’s why we’re offering a limited number of scholarship spots and early bird pricing to women who are committed to doing the work but need some support to get started. This is our way of paying it forward for all the good that we have received in our lives.
