We’re excited to announce that we have launched our first podcast and it’s all about women in business!
Womenpreneur Asia is a seasonal podcast where I interview Asian women entrepreneurs about their stories and how they market themselves and their businesses.
I’m talking to women who dare to share their most candid stories about being in business and what they’ve learnt that they can impart to other women who are either just starting their businesses or already in business.
I’ve been working on this for more than 6 months (and the MCO and CMCO were the perfect times to do so) and I am glad that this passion project of mine has finally gotten off the ground.
I call it a passion project as I have always wanted to hear stories from other Asian women in business. I’ve always been curious about how these women started and the podcast is the perfect vehicle for uncovering all this and more. (And why did I start this? Here’s why.)
I would be lying if I said starting a podcast is easy.
It is not.
Technical know-how aside, it involves a lot of planning and research because I am not just turning on the mic and talking about myself or our business (that to me would be easier!).
Listen to the episodes on my podcast website: womenpreneurasia.com/listen
It is also available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Amazon Music, Stitcher, aCast, Tunein, PocketCasts, Deezer and Breaker.
As of this today, I have 11 episodes up and running already so head on over to the website and have a listen!
Each of these women is amazing in their own way and I don’t only have Malaysians on the podcast but also Indonesians and Filipinas. For Season 2 that I am planning now, I intend to reach out to more Asian women too.
I will be having a virtual podcast launch event this 10 January on FB Live where I bring together some of these women that I’ve interviewed.
Stay tuned for that event and join us! It will be super fun!
