Another Gmail app that helps organise your emails is GMass which is similar to an autoresponder. You can use it to send email campaigns and automatic follow-ups. This saves you the time and trouble of having to write a new email or multiple forwarding if you have a large client list. While you are at it, do add Grammarly a language proficiency app that corrects grammar and spelling on your emails, social media and documents as you write.
And if you have big files to send over try HighTail, a cool new way to share large documents, images and videos without having to attach to your emails.
Speaking of videos, have you tried video apps to boost your website traffic? You can use ViewedIt and Quik by GoPro are video editing tools you can use to create, edit, send and track. Make product demos and presentations that you can add to your website to enhance the visitor experience.
Designing promotional materials can be time-consuming not to mention a pain if you aren’t familiar with the professional software. Canva, on the other hand, was made for people who have little or no designer background, having ready-made templates, images and fonts that you add to your choice of background. You can try scrolling through DesignerPics for a selection of free high-resolution images that are more suited to your business or campaign.
Can’t copy and paste or download a specific text or image from the site you are looking at? Use Awesome Screenshot to capture any part of a screen page that you want to save or share. Just download the app and the icon will be added to your search bar making it easy to access and use.
A mobile app that we highly recommend you saved to your smartphone is CamCard which you can use to scan business cards and the information is accurately logged into your device. No need to worry about losing an important contact or having to organise a drawer full of business cards.
