This month is a good time to ask yourself these questions especially if you want to know if your year has gone according to plan. Fill in a new one each year to keep yourself excited and accountable!

  2. What factors helped?
  3. What marketing items/programmes did you spend your money/time/effort on this year?
  4. What worked for you? Grade each item you listed above with an A, B or C.
  5. What will you do more of?
  6. What will you do less of?
  7. What will you start doing?
  8. What will you stop doing?
  9. What marketing/business-related activity that you’d like to explore further?
  10. What roadblocks/challenges/issues did you face this year? (List them.) How would you prevent these from happening again?
  11. Who are your ideal customers?
  12. How do you get business/customers now?
  13. How do you prefer to get business/customers?
  14. What are their reasons for buying?
  15. Are they willing to pay for a solution?
  16. How could you build up their interest in what you have?
  17. What’s missing from your competitors’ offers or services?
  18. Who else are you competing with?
  19. What results do you produce?
  20. What makes you controversial or a departure from the norm?
