Celebrating October

We’ve been extremely busy at Redbox Studio.

We’ve been creating website after website without a break.

While most businesses I know are suffering from lack, we’ve been doubly blessed with abundant referrals from clients and friends. I’ve even received calls from KL asking about our web copywriting services! (Which I usually don’t do unless it’s for a client as it is really time-consuming with lots of research and marketing thrown in.)

Anyway, this is a special month for us here as it marks our 11th year in business. Yup, Nic started this business back in 1998. And look how it has grown!

We’ve got a number of goodies lined up for you this month so watch this blog for more announcements.

One of those will be a special thank you to all our clients (no, we’re not telling what it is right now as it’s a surprise) for being with us through the years. It’s happening in December. *rubs hands with glee*

As we move into the last 3 months of 2009, we’re also going to take a break by going into self-reflection mode. We’ll still be around to service our existing clients but we’re going to work on preparing for 2010 and beyond.

Of course we’ll still update our blog and our Facebook (check it out for useful tips and links) and we’ll still be around but we are going to take time to work on our own stuff – our personal projects which we’ve put on hold for sometime now. Books, products and partnerships.

Will you get a sneak peek? Maybe.

Our free monthly talks will still continue – so if you’ve missed the last 2 free talks on how you can turn your website into an asset, do sign up for this upcoming one on 29 October.

I suggest you take a short sabbatical too from whatever you are doing and re-visit yourself. I liken it to a hibernation. You take stock after you take a deep breath. It’s one of the best ways to grow!

  1. Hi Nic, I am with Alec Chin now. He knows that I am looking for someone to upgrade our current website. Any comment from you. We can meet up at Alec’s place … if you think you can help me in this project ^^
