Selamat Hari Raya – albeit belatedly but you know who you are if you got our Raya e-card and our regular signed and sealed Syawal greeting cards.
Can you imagine we signed each and every one of the greeting cards we send out?
Major tiring work but nothing is more personal than a card with a real signature (not some stamped signature) and a few words that mean the world to the recipient. Despite being a big proponent of IT and all things online, there are just some things you need to do it the offline/classic/traditional way. Sending cards is one of them.
Anyway, it’s a short week (we should all start our workweek on Wednesday!) since we all came back to work just today after a lovely 4-day break for Aidil-Fitri but one that is really turbo-charged if looking at our order book for this month and next.
Lots of new website projects rolling in from one spectrum of business to another (spa products to knee surgeries, from housing developer to academic faculty and more!).
We’ve been silent because of work.
One of those things that take a hit once work gets in the way is the blog.
Anyway, Nic’s talk is happening tomorrow but it’s all full. I hope it won’t be too much of a tight squeeze as our promo efforts this time has really netted us lots of interested attendees. Some will be driving up to Penang from KL just to listen to this 2-hour talk. Very cool!
Next month is our Redbox Anniversary Month (we’re 11 this year! Woo-hoo!) so we may switch topics to something like e-commerce. We’ve got lots of enquiries about this recently and we may make it a nice topic change from “how to profit from your website”. It will still be free but again, limited seating. We’ll make the form available once tomorrow’s talk is over and done with.
Either way, you’ll always be in the loop on what’s happening in Redbox Studio.
Ta for now!
