1. Business Audit

Before we start, we want to understand what exactly you need from your website. For this, we'll conduct a needs analysis where you'll be asked questions related to your website needs and goals. Because your website is tailored to fit your business, we need to discuss your business too, from the marketing perspective. This audit and consultation process takes approximately 2 hours. You'll also need to sign a project agreement while we brief you with the website work schedule.

2. Walk-Through

Once we have understood your business, we need you to conduct a walk-through of your business. This could be a tour of your factory where you explain to us how products are made. It could be a demonstration of how your product works. It could be a sampling of the services you provide (if you are in the service business). Whatever business you are in, a walk-through helps us uncover the best in your business.

3. Content Development

Research and fact-finding take place before we develop the website. This is where we'll be able to pinpoint what you need in your new website. It is here that we focus and clarify your marketing, writing from the perspective of your end user. What do they want to see, hear, feel or do when they reach your website? What is important for them? What persuades them to take action?

4. Design & Technical Development

Only when we've decided what content goes where and why, do we start on design development. Design follows content because without content, there is no website. All our websites are proudly handcoded; we don't use any website software at all to design our websites. All the codes which make up our website is manually typed in resulting in a leaner, sleeker and faster-loading website. Handcoded websites rank much better when indexed by search engines too. If your website needs special scripts or codes, they will be configured into the website at this stage.

5. Launch & Follow Up

Once we get the go-ahead from you to launch the website, our work does not stop. In fact, it has just begun. We monitor your website, tracking the key performance indicators which we've agreed upon (in our business audit) and continuously follow up with you. Expect ongoing suggestions and improvements for your website as well as reminders to update and refresh your website constantly.
