Hi Paul: I believe it is 137 hours a month. If you assume that each day they spend 4 hours online (which is really a small number, I think they spend more time than that), it would be about 120 hours a month. These days media converges seamlessly. The TV shows promote their Facebook pages; the Facebook pages promote the TV contests etc. It's almost as if there isn't a boundary between media any more. It can be exciting and challenging too because suddenly a world of opportunities to engage people/customers open up. As I have always said, this can be a scary thought for most businesses. When one opens up, one has to be transparent enough to admit successes as well as mistakes.

Hi Alex: Of course I remember you! You of the colourful skirts. That stuck in my mind for a long time. And you Bohemian dress sense. ;-) Ryoko did mention you staying over at their place but she didn't give much details. She was quite busy the last time we met her at her office. I think someone also gave me your contact once when I asked around for an English to Chinese translator. I follow your stories in The Star too and love the way you find uniqueness in each person you write about, from the simplest man in the street to the famous celebs. Thanks for your compliments!

Hey Krista, I used to attend a Mass Comm class with you - not sure if you remember the Karen, Betty, Swee Wah, Jassie gang from USM?

In case the Scotts haven't told you, I actually stumbled upon them - and subsequently did the Going Places interview - after reading about their story on your blog.

Keep up the great work and happy to see you and a fellow USM-er doing so well!
