If you had seen the video on how Google Search works, and then how Google Ads work, now it’s time to learn how Google Apps work!
Google Apps basically make it easy for you to work anywhere. You don’t need to lug around your stuff. All your stuff (especially digital stuff) is online. You just need to log in and hey, you’re accessing all your stuff and can work anytime, anywhere.
In our office, we use a lot of Google Apps too. It helps us share documents, share ideas and check out fun stuff too. And on days when I forget to bring along my external hard disk, I can still work on stuff coz half of it is stored in my GoogleDocs. It becomes a central repository for all our important documents.
You can easily use Google to help you streamline your office too. It just needs a bit of flexibility and if you really need a more secure environment for all your stuff, there’s the paid version of Google Apps too at US$50 per year I believe.
